Adapted from the original FlexStream player-fees guide published 14 October 2026. Terms, connections and USD pricing follow the owner-confirmed commerce model; refund wording follows the owner-approved purchase-based new-subscription policy. No third-party player price or device test is claimed. Check each developer’s current licensing and the payment provider’s charges before buying.
The prepaid total is the amount to budget for
FlexStream IPTV plans are displayed as full prepaid totals in US dollars. You choose a term of one, three, six, twelve or twenty-four months and the number of simultaneous connections. The total shown for that selection is paid for the whole term.
A monthly equivalent is a comparison calculation: the prepaid total divided by the number of months. It does not mean that smaller amount is collected every month. Compare both the upfront payment and the length of service you are purchasing.
The plan page holds the current prices for all twenty connection-and-term combinations. Use that maintained table when comparing costs rather than relying on a figure copied into an older message or screenshot.
| Term | Amount paid for the service | Monthly comparison |
|---|---|---|
| 1 month | Selected one-month prepaid total | The same total for that month |
| 3 months | Selected three-month prepaid total | Total divided by 3 |
| 6 months | Selected six-month prepaid total | Total divided by 6 |
| 12 months | Selected annual prepaid total | Total divided by 12 |
The subscription and the player are separate
The service subscription provides access to the offered channels, movies and series under the seller’s terms. A player app is the software on a television, phone, tablet or computer that opens that service. Buying the service does not automatically pay a separate app developer’s fee.
Player prices and licensing arrangements vary. A player may be free, include optional purchases, require an activation after a trial or charge a recurring subscription. Read its current listing for your device and country before depending on it.
Device-based activation can mean a fee for each television, even if you only watch on one TV at a time. Service connections are counted by simultaneous playback; player licensing can follow a different rule.
| Player arrangement | What to check | Effect on your budget |
|---|---|---|
| Free player | Whether required features are included | No app fee only if the features you need are free |
| Free with optional purchases | Which login, playback or guide features require payment | Add any upgrade you actually need |
| One-time device activation | Trial length, supported model and how many devices the licence covers | May require a separate activation for each device |
| Player subscription | Billing period, renewal terms and cancellation process | Separate recurring app cost in addition to the prepaid service |
A worked example for two televisions
A household wants two TVs playing at once for twelve months. Start with the current two-connection annual service total. If each TV’s player requires its own one-time activation, add two activations. Then include any bank charge for paying in US dollars.
The first-year calculation is: selected service total + player fee for TV one + player fee for TV two + applicable payment-provider charges. If the same app licence legitimately covers both devices, use the charge allowed by that licence instead of automatically doubling it.
Now compare a second arrangement: the same two TVs are never used together. The service can be evaluated at one connection, but the app costs may still apply to both TVs. Reducing the connection count does not necessarily reduce player fees.
Build a full-price comparison
Write down the figures you have checked for each option. Keep the same comparison period, such as three months or one year, so a short subscription and a long app licence are not mistaken for directly comparable totals.
Use the published service total, the player’s own current price and any relevant charges disclosed by your bank. If a cost is not known, leave it marked for confirmation rather than treating it as zero.
| Cost line | Option A | Option B |
|---|---|---|
| Connection count and service term | Chosen streams and months | Alternative streams and months |
| Full service total | Current selected-plan price | Current alternative-plan price |
| Player fees | Required licences for all devices | Required licences for all devices |
| Payment-provider charges | Confirmed conversion or transaction fees | Confirmed conversion or transaction fees |
| Total for the comparison period | Add the relevant charges above | Add the relevant charges above |
Check when the term starts and how renewal works
The service term is how long the purchased subscription lasts. If you are buying ahead of a holiday, a move or a season, ask support when that term begins before placing the order. Do not assume unused days wait until the first time you watch.
Orders are placed with IPTV Services, which handles payment, account delivery and support. Review the actual checkout wording and ask how renewal works for your account. A monthly equivalent on this site is not itself an automatic-renewal agreement.
Renewal is also important when comparing risk: the stated new-subscription refund window does not cover renewals or upgrades. Read the seller’s current terms before paying for another period.
Understand which refund policy covers which payment
The service policy allows a refund request within seven days from purchase for new subscriptions only, subject to its conditions. Contact technical support first so the team can try to resolve the issue. The limit is one refund per customer, and renewals and upgrades are excluded.
The conditions also exclude customer-side internet or ISP-blocking problems, inability to configure a particular device, and occasional buffering or minor channel downtime. It is not an unconditional promise that every reason for stopping qualifies.
Approved service refunds return to the original payment method, with three to five business days stated for processing. Check the full policy linked from the refund page before ordering.
A fee paid to a player developer or an app store is a separate purchase. Its refund rules are set by that developer or store. The service seller’s policy does not automatically refund a player activation or app subscription.
US dollar pricing also applies to UK and Canadian customers
The same plan totals are displayed in US dollars for customers in the US, UK and Canada. If your account is in pounds or Canadian dollars, your bank or payment provider determines the conversion and may add a foreign-transaction charge.
A displayed monthly equivalent remains a US dollar comparison. It is not a local-currency quote. Check the payment provider’s final amount before confirming payment, especially when comparing a longer prepaid term.
Before you choose, confirm the device and player, request trial availability if you need to test the setup, and compare the full service-plus-player cost. A clear total is more useful than a low-looking monthly figure without its conditions.
